WHAT WILL MY FIRST VISIT BE LIKE?

This is a great question. Our first session is about meeting each other and ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable and trust me to help you on this journey. One of the most essential things about therapeutic relationships is the relationship. How can I expect you to talk to me about things you can't talk to anybody else about or things you don't want to talk to others about if the bases of our work together do not start with empathy and trust?

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

At this time, I am out of the network office for insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a bill that, if submitted to your insurance company, will get you some percentage reimbursed based on your out-of-network policy.

HOW DO WE MEET?

I am offering convenient Tele-therapy sessions; I hope to go in person again for those who prefer.
